About the Perth and Kinross Branch
The Perth & Kinross branch of the M.S. (Multiple Sclerosis) Society aims to support, not only, people with MS, but also their families and carers.
We provide support in a number of ways:
Meetings
Our meeting groups provide an opportunity to meet people, to provide support through friendship in an informal setting. They enable people with MS, their families and carers to share information, experiences and laughs. We know about the challenges MS presents and we are here to provide as much support as we are able.- Meeting Space - We hold regular meetings at the Gateway Centre in Perth, where a range of complementary therapies are available. Meetings are held on one Tuesday Morning and one Thursday evening each month. The dates of the meetings for this year are listed on the next column. Some pictures are available on our Photo Gallery page.
- We have informal get-togethers one Wednesday each month at the coffee shop at Dobbies in Perth and the planned dates are listed under the Meeting Space dates.
- We also have a group of parents with children who are under 5 who meet monthly at Noah's in Perth. This group allows the kids to play whilst Mums and Dads can have a break and a chat.
