About Wendy Talor - Fundraising Coordinator
I was diagnosed with RRMS in January 2011. The relief of finally being able to identify what was happening to me is something I’m sure we all share.
I was born in 1972 in Forfar and have lived in Perth for almost 25 years. I live with my partner, Colin, my 17 year old son and our cat, Sookie. I have worked for Perth & Kinross Council in Education & Children’s Services for the last 11 years and really enjoy my job but fatigue has been interfering with it for the last year and a half.
My interests include motorcycle racing (spectating!), camping and listening to music (mostly 70’s and 80’s and anything rock).
I have first hand experience of the time and effort put into fundraising after organising a Charity Night for the MS Society (Perth & Kinross Branch). As with everything I do, I will give it my full 70% commitment (it used to be 110% before the fatigue took over!). Seriously though, I will give the role my full commitment and look forward to hearing your ideas for fundraising!
